When you use a Telephone Global Softphone, dial the Country Code + Area Code + the number. To dial Sydney, Australia - dial the Country Code 61 + Area Code 2 + the telephone number. What happens next First network will check whether there is a Telephone Global Phone available. If that is the case, the call is free. Calls between any two Telephone Global Softphones are free. If the Telephone Global Softphone is not available, then the call is connected to the phone of your local provider. This will incur Telephone Global cheaper rates. Please refer Telephone Global Rate Sheet for rates. Since Telephone Global is Global Network, you always have to dial the Country Code and the Area Code before the telephone number even if you are calling a phone in the same area.
